For the Dressing:

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 garlic clove, finely grated

1½-inch piece of fresh ginger, finely grated

Instructions

In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the sliced almonds and sesame seeds for about 5 minutes, stirring often until golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, leafy greens, cilantro, green onions, and chicken. Toss everything together.
