Description

  • Avocado Ranch Dressing blends creamy avocado and herbs for a healthier, homemade twist on ranch. Perfect for salads, wraps, and dips.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 12 tablespoons water (optional, for thinning)


Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cilantro, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the dressing is thicker than you prefer, blend in a tablespoon of water at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
