Ingredients

1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1–2 tablespoons water (optional, for thinning)
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cilantro, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the dressing is thicker than you prefer, blend in a tablespoon of water at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
