Ingredients

1 pound elbow macaroni

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce

1/2 cup ranch dressing

Salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the elbow macaroni until tender but still firm to the bite (al dente), following package directions. Drain and let cool slightly.

Transfer the cooked pasta to a large serving bowl.

Add cherry tomatoes and shredded romaine lettuce to the bowl with the pasta.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Pour ranch dressing over the salad and toss well until everything is evenly coated.

Chill before serving if desired.
