Description

  • Bruschetta Pasta Salad blends juicy tomatoes, basil, garlic & pasta into a bold, fresh summer side you’ll love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound orecchiette pasta

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

  • Salt, to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orecchiette and cook until al dente according to package directions. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, minced garlic, and halved cherry tomatoes. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss until everything is well coated.

  • Top with torn basil just before serving.
