Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup crushed seasoned croutons
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Arrange the chicken in a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
4. Mix Caesar dressing and sour cream until smooth, then spread evenly over the chicken.
5. Combine crushed croutons, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter in a bowl.
6. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the chicken.
7. Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
8. Remove from oven and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add lemon zest or extra Parmesan.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
