Ingredients
- 12 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, diced or chopped
- 8 cups chopped green leaf lettuce or mixed greens
- 1 (11 oz) can of corn, drained
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded dairy or plant-based cheese (such as cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- Optional: avocado lime dressing or dressing of your choice
Instructions
- Cook the chicken by air frying at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or until golden and cooked through, or use any pre-cooked chicken.
