Ingredients

2 cups chopped grilled chicken breast

1 medium apple, diced

Instructions

Prepare Chicken: If not already cooked, grill chicken breast until fully done, then allow it to cool slightly. Chop into bite-sized pieces and measure out 2 cups.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chicken, apple, celery, red onion, and walnuts.

Make Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
