Ingredients

1 tablespoon kosher salt (for boiling pasta)

1 pound gemelli pasta

1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped

1 cup ranch dressing, plus more for drizzling

3 hard-boiled eggs, roughly chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 ripe avocado, chopped

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the kosher salt. Cook the gemelli pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl.

While the pasta cooks, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Let it cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

Add the ranch dressing to the bowl with the warm pasta and toss until evenly coated.

Gently mix in the chopped eggs, cherry tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, and cooked turkey bacon. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
