Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked, drained, and rinsed

  • 1½ cups mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard

  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (alcohol-free)

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

  • ½ teaspoon celery seed

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, diced


Instructions

  • Place the cooked and rinsed macaroni in a large bowl and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes until chilled.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, and celery seed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Remove the chilled macaroni from the fridge. Add the chopped eggs and diced celery to the bowl.

  • Pour the prepared dressing over the macaroni mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

  • Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Stir again just before serving.
