A one-pan, cheesy chicken and broccoli bake with a rich cream sauce. Fast, comforting, and perfect for low-carb dinners.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
20 ounces broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and heat oil in an oven-safe skillet.
2. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
3. Stir in broccoli.
4. Mix cream, parmesan, and garlic salt; pour over chicken and broccoli.
5. Bake 10 minutes.
6. Top with mozzarella and bake 7 minutes until melted and golden.
Notes
Let rest 5 minutes before serving for a thicker sauce. Use evenly sized chicken pieces for best texture.
