Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup sour cream, room temperature

2 large eggs, room temperature

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn

1 (15-ounce) can sweet corn, drained

1 (8.5-ounce) box corn muffin mix

1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Whisk melted butter, sour cream, and eggs until smooth.

3. Stir in sugar, creamed corn, sweet corn, corn muffin mix, and salt until combined.

4. Pour batter into prepared dish.

5. Bake 20 to 35 minutes until center is set with slight jiggle.

6. Cool slightly before serving.
