  • Creamy poppy seed dressing made with yogurt, vinegar, and honey. A 5-minute healthy recipe that’s perfect for salads, fruits & more!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)

  • 3 tablespoons milk or water

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl or jar, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), milk or water, apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup, poppy seeds, and onion powder.

  • Whisk or stir until the mixture is completely smooth.

  • Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed.
