Ingredients

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)

3 tablespoons milk or water

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

2 teaspoons poppy seeds

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a mixing bowl or jar, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), milk or water, apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup, poppy seeds, and onion powder.

Whisk or stir until the mixture is completely smooth.

Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed.
