Ingredients
4 to 6 large chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Cooked broccoli, rice, and sliced avocado for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 ½ cups cheddar, ranch seasoning, and black pepper.
3. Arrange chicken in a 9×12-inch baking dish.
4. Spread mixture evenly over chicken.
5. Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top.
6. Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve over rice with steamed broccoli and avocado. Store leftovers refrigerated up to three days.
