Description
A comforting skillet pasta made with seasoned beef, creamy cheese, and tender macaroni.
Ingredients
10 oz elbow macaroni
1 tsp minced garlic
1 lb lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
29 oz fire-roasted diced tomatoes
4 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup low-sodium beef broth
1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
Instructions
1. Cook ground beef with garlic in a skillet until browned.
2. Boil macaroni until al dente and drain.
3. Add seasoning, tomatoes, cream cheese, and broth to beef and stir until smooth.
4. Mix in pasta and half the cheese.
5. Top with remaining cheese, cover, and melt before serving.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and add vegetables if desired.
