Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Add the chicken, grapes, celery, apple, green onions, and cilantro. Stir gently to combine.

If serving within 30 minutes, mix in the cashews. Otherwise, wait to add them just before serving to maintain their crunch.
