Ingredients

    • 1 yellow onion, diced

    • 2 plum tomatoes, diced

    • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

For the dressing:

    • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise

    • 2 tbsp ketchup

    • 1 tbsp sweet relish


Instructions
