Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped

  • ½ cup hummus (any preferred flavor)

  • ½ teaspoon dried dill

  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes

  • 23 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

  • Add the hummus, chopped tomatoes, green onions, lemon juice, and dried dill.

  • Stir everything together until well combined.
