- Easy Hummus Egg Salad is creamy, healthy, and packed with flavor. A no-mayo twist for lunches, snacks, and sandwiches in under 25 minutes.
Ingredients

4 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped

½ cup hummus (any preferred flavor)

½ teaspoon dried dill

¼ cup chopped tomatoes

2–3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

2 teaspoons lemon juice

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add the hummus, chopped tomatoes, green onions, lemon juice, and dried dill.

Stir everything together until well combined.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve right away with crackers or pita chips, or cover and refrigerate for 10–20 minutes to chill before serving.
