Instructions

Pour the honey mustard dressing into the bottom of two large 1-quart jars.

Layer the salad greens on top of the dressing, followed by the diced cucumber.

Add the cherry tomatoes, grated carrot, and sweetcorn.

Next, layer in the sliced spring onions and radishes.

Add the chickpeas and finish with the olives on top.

Pack each layer tightly to keep ingredients from shifting and mixing prematurely.
