Description

Easy Sheet-Pan Beef Fajitas are a fast, flavorful Tex-Mex dinner made with tender steak, roasted peppers, and onions, all cooked together for easy cleanup.


Ingredients

2 cups sliced onion

1 medium bell pepper, sliced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

2 tablespoons taco seasoning

1 pound boneless sirloin steak

8 soft flour tortillas

Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, cilantro, lime wedges


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a sheet pan.

2. Toss onions and pepper with 1 tablespoon oil and seasoning.

3. Roast vegetables for 15 minutes, stirring once.

4. Toss sliced steak with remaining oil and seasoning.

5. Add steak to pan and roast 7–9 minutes until cooked.

6. Warm tortillas and serve steak and vegetables with toppings.

Notes

Slice steak against the grain for best texture. Avoid overcrowding the pan for even roasting.
