Description
A quick skillet dinner made with tender steak cubes, golden potatoes, garlic, butter, and herbs.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1½ pounds sirloin steak, cubed
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat skillet with oil and butter
2. Cook potatoes with garlic and herbs until tender
3. Remove potatoes and sear steak in butter
4. Return potatoes, toss, and season
5. Garnish and serve
Notes
Use a hot skillet for best sear. Adjust seasoning before serving.
