Description
Tender sirloin steak bites seared until golden and tossed in rich garlic butter. Ready in just 15 minutes for an easy, satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
3. Add steak in a single layer and season with salt and pepper.
4. Sear undisturbed for 2 minutes, then stir and cook another 2 minutes.
5. Transfer steak to a plate.
6. Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the skillet.
7. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 30 seconds.
8. Return steak to skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.
9. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure proper browning.
Cook in batches if necessary.
Serve immediately for best texture.
