Description

Creamy garlic parmesan skillet-style protein bites cooked with broccoli and melted cheese.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

20 ounces broccoli florets, chopped into small pieces

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly golden.

3. Stir in the chopped broccoli and cook for another 3–4 minutes, just until slightly tender.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the garlic salt. Stir well and let the mixture gently simmer for 3 minutes.

5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth.

6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top, cover the skillet, and cook for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

7. Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Reheat gently to keep the sauce smooth.
