Ingredients

1 tablespoon kosher salt (for boiling water)

1 pound farfalle (bowtie pasta)

3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 Persian cucumbers, sliced into half-moons

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup pitted and chopped black olives

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the farfalle and cook until al dente, following the package instructions. Drain and transfer to a large mixing or serving bowl.

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, and garlic powder until well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, and red onion to the bowl with the pasta. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until evenly coated.
