Description

  • Green Goddess Chicken Salad blends tender chicken, avocado, and herbs into a creamy, high-protein salad that’s fresh, fast, and meal-prep friendly.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz (100 g) cooked chicken breast, shredded

  • 1/4 medium avocado

  • 1/4 cup (60 g) fat-free Greek yogurt

  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

  • 1/2 small red onion, diced

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Pinch of ground black pepper


Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, mash the avocado until completely smooth.

  • Add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice and zest, crushed garlic, apple cider vinegar, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
