Ingredients

3.5 oz (100 g) cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/4 medium avocado

1/4 cup (60 g) fat-free Greek yogurt

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1/2 small red onion, diced

Pinch of sea salt

Pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, mash the avocado until completely smooth.

Add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice and zest, crushed garlic, apple cider vinegar, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.

Fold in the shredded chicken and diced red onion, stirring until the chicken is fully coated in the dressing.
