Ingredients

For the Salad:

6 cups chopped romaine or green leaf lettuce

½ pound sliced turkey breast, rolled and chopped

½ pound beef salami, chopped

¾ cup provolone cheese, chopped

2 large vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped

½ red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
For the Italian Vinaigrette:

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Make the vinaigrette:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Chill in the fridge while preparing the salad. -
Assemble the salad:
In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, turkey, beef salami, provolone, tomatoes, onion, and pepperoncini. Drizzle with your preferred amount of vinaigrette and toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately.
