Ingredients
For the Salad:

3 to 4 cups mixed salad greens (about 6 ounces)

2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained and patted dry

½ to 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

½ to 1 cup pomegranate arils (or substitute with dried cranberries or cherries)

½ to 1 cup candied pecans or walnuts
For the Dressing:

¼ cup white balsamic vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

In a large salad bowl, gently mix the greens, romaine, mandarin oranges, feta cheese, pomegranate arils, and candied nuts.

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, mustard, and salt until fully combined.
