Description
Crispy chicken tenders coated in a creamy honey mustard marinade and crunchy cornflake crust. Perfect for air fryer or oven.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1.25 lbs boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
2/3 cup cornflake crumbs
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Mix yogurt, mustard, honey, and mayonnaise. Coat chicken and refrigerate 30 minutes.
2. Combine cornflake crumbs with seasonings.
3. Press chicken into crumb mixture.
4. Air fry at 390°F for 5–6 minutes per side.
5. Or bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes.
Notes
Avoid overlapping chicken for best crisping. Reheat in air fryer or oven for leftovers.
