  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
  • 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
  • 2 tablespoons mint chutney
  • 1/4 cup sev (crunchy chickpea flour noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes until fork-tender. Let them cool slightly, then peel and cube them.
  • Rinse and drain the cooked chickpeas. Set aside.
