Ingredients

15 oz canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 cup carrots, diced

1½ cups cucumber, chopped

1½ cups tomatoes, chopped

1 large mango, peeled and diced

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

2–3 teaspoons chaat masala

2–4 tablespoons fresh lime juice

½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas with chopped cucumber, red onion, carrots, and tomatoes.

Add the diced mango and chopped cilantro.

Sprinkle in the green chilies, chaat masala, lime juice, and salt.

Toss everything together until evenly mixed and well coated with the seasonings.
