    • 2 teaspoons sugar

    • ¼ teaspoon dried basil

    • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

    For the Salad:

    • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces

    • 2 large tomatoes, sliced into wedges and halved

    • ½ green bell pepper, diced into small cubes

Instructions
