Ingredients

½ cup fresh blackberries

½ cup fresh raspberries

¼ cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup cherry tomatoes (about 8), halved

3½ oz green leaf lettuce (about 100 grams), chopped

3½ oz fresh mozzarella (about 100 grams), sliced into bite-sized pieces

Fresh basil leaves, chopped

For the Balsamic Dressing:

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Kosher salt, to taste

Ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Gently wash the berries and tomatoes, then pat them dry with paper towels.

Rinse the lettuce thoroughly and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the mozzarella into small chunks.

Chop the fresh basil leaves.

In a large shallow bowl, create a base with the chopped lettuce.

Evenly distribute the blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, tomatoes, and mozzarella on top.
