1 tablespoon olive oil

8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ cup chopped onion

1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

½ to 1 soup can of water

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and water. Return mushrooms and cook until heated through.

4. Sprinkle mozzarella on top, cover, and allow cheese to melt.

5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
