A rich, comforting one-pan pasta made with mushrooms, garlic, cream, and Parmesan.
Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
8 oz fettuccine
2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Mince garlic and slice mushrooms.
2. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic.
3. Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.
4. Add pasta and broth, cover, and bring to a boil.
5. Simmer until pasta is tender.
6. Stir in cream and Parmesan, then serve.
Notes
Adjust seasoning before serving. Add herbs or protein if desired.
