  • 12 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (adjust for spice level)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (or more to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed

  • 1 garlic clove, peeled

  • 34 tablespoons milk (to adjust consistency)

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
